Terms & Conditions: Your Questions Answered

These are the questions we receive most often about our Terms & Conditions. If your question is not covered here, reach us via live chat or email and we will provide a written answer that references the specific clause relevant to your situation.

They apply from the moment you complete account registration on sintoto web. By ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you confirm you have read every clause and agree to be bound by them for as long as your account remains open.

We can update these terms when required, but we must send you an email notification at least seven days before material changes take effect. If you continue using your account after that window, it counts as acceptance of the revised terms.

We may suspend or permanently close your account depending on the severity of the breach. Before any closure, we will email you with specific details of the violation and allow you 48 hours to respond before a final decision is made.
